Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
No shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Generally, the following delivery times apply:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 4–10 business days

Please note that possible delays caused by shipping carriers or customs inspections are beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before completing the order.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address that prevents delivery, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.


Undeliverable Shipment / Returned Package

If a package is returned to the sender due to the recipient’s absence or other delivery-related reasons, the order may be reshipped after payment of the additional shipping costs.


Damaged During Transport

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos of the package and its contents. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
