30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it
- be unworn and unused
- include all tags
- be in its original packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- customized or personalized products
- personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once the return has been accepted
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you received the goods.
The item must also be in its original condition, unused, and returned with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
